Other than her singing and acting career, Britney has written two books with her mother, produced a TV-movie and has released two fragrances called "Curious" and "Fantasy."

Britney has been honored with a star on the Hollywood Walk of Fame.

Britney was offered a place in an all-girl group "Innocence" with her former Mouseketeer Nikki Deloach. She decided against it because she wanted a solo career.

Britney performed on Star Search when she was eight years old. She also first auditioned for The Mickey Mouse Club when she was eight but was turned down because she was too young.

Britney was originally supposed to play the role of April in the episode of Buffy the Vampire Slayer ("I Was Made To Love You") but was unable to get time off to film the scenes.

For the movie Chicago, producer Harvey Weinstein wanted Britney for the role that eventually went to Lucy Liu. Britney was also offered a role in Scary Movie but was forced to turn it down, due to concert scheduling. She was considered for the part of Allie Hamilton in The Notebook but was beat out by Rachel McAdams. She also lost the role of Daisy Duke in the Dukes of Hazzard to Jessica Simpson. She also auditioned for a movie called Gordy when she was 13, but turned it down when they offered it to her. She finally made her big-screen debut in the movie Crossroads.

Britney has one Grammy award (won in 2005) and has six nominations: two nominations each in the 2000, 2001 and 2003 ceremonies. She also has had a total of 16 MTV Video Music Award nominations.

Britney set the record as the only solo female artist to have four consecutive albums debut at #1 on the Billboard Top 200 Album Charts.

The original cut of of Britney's video for "Don't Let Me Be the Last to Know" contained material so sexually explicit that Britney's mother Lynne ordered that some parts of the video be edited for content before its release to the public.

Britney married her childhood friend Jason Allen Alexander on January 3, 2004 in Las Vegas and later annulled the marriage the next day.

Justin broke it off after Britney supposedly cheated on him. His hit song "Cry Me a River" is rumored to be about his feelings for Britney.

Justin and Britney still talk on the phone. She often calls him when she's upset with Kevin.


Her Son Sean Preston Federline Spears

Britney was spotted drinking and smoking on several occassions during her pregnancy.

Before her Son Sean Preston was born, Britney spent more than $100,000 on the nursery for him.

Britney gave birth by Cesaerean Section on Wednsday, September 14, 2005 at 12:57pm.

Britney gained fifty pounds while pregnant with baby Sean.
